The cost of rent is £630 - £700 per calendar month (plus 1 month’s deposit before entry) plus all bills to be paid by the tenant (the chalets are classed as Council Tax Band A).

Each chalet has its own garden to the rear of the property which is private and securely fenced off. A garden shed is provided for each chalet, with its own electricity supply. Car parking (adequate for 2 vehicles) is outside the individual chalets and there is an “overflow” car parking area if required.

Please note: The chalets are fully furnished, however personal bed linen / towels and t.v. to be supplied by the tenant.
